From 2008, CNPC has selected and sponsored Turkmen high school graduates to get further education in China for petroleum engineering or other disciplines, with academic certificates and diplomas granted after their graduation. By doing so, the China-Turkmenistan cultural exchanges are promoted effectively, and a group of comprehensive talents has been cultivated for deepening the two countries’ energy cooperation.
