Over the past decade, CNPC has created more than 10,000 job opportunities in Turkmenistan. Now, the company has over 3,500 local employees. CNPC has provided training for more than 56,300 person-times of local employees. Every year, CNPC selects and assigns local employees to receive training and field study in its oilfields within China. So far, more than 100 local employees have middle management positions in the company.
